Closed Paid Holiday List
30 Days notice to cancel a daycare contract. Tuition, Enrollment fee and deposits are always Non Refundable.
New Families: Families new to our daycare are not required to pay for closed holidays that fall within the first two weeks of their contract.
Please Note: This list is subject to change so be sure to check with us before making your holiday plans.
Drop-in Enrollment - If your child is enrolled on a drop in basis and you are paying the drop-in rate per hour for partial days or per Hour for full days, you are not required to pay for holidays.
(Remember Drop-in care spots are not guaranteed, to guarantee your days you need to contract them.)
Contracted Enrollment - If you reserve your days and pay the contracted rate and a holiday from this list falls on one of your contracted days, that is considered a paid holiday and should be included in your regular tuition for the month. As much as possible Wonderful Daycare shares the same holiday schedule as the local Elementary Schools for the convince of the families.
Initial Deposit, Enrollment fees and first months tuition- All roster spots are first-come, first-serve. I interview & hand out paperwork all the time therefore I cannot guarantee anyone a spot or take one off the market (hold it) until & unless it is locked in by a non-refundable spot-holding fee which includes the last two week deposit, the agreed upon enrollment fee and the first months tuition, —no exceptions. If you change your mind or otherwise fail to start care, the spot will be released and all your hold fees forfeited.

Tuition is due regardless of attendance (parent vacation or child out due to illness) to hold your child's spot in the daycare.
Provider vacation time. Listed above, Wonderful daycare will be Closed Aug 30th-Sept. 1st vacation/Training time.
Provider illness - Every effort is made to provide a substitute in the event of provider illness.
Sick/Personal Days - Provider earns 1 paid sick/personal days per month that your child is enrolled. I will let you know as soon as possible if I need to take them. I rarely take personal days.
